COUNSELLING

Anytime you wish to make a booking, we can either re-schedule at the conclusion of our session, or you can go to the Book Online section of the website. You won't be asked for payment when booking. Phew!

 

Prior to your first session, please download and complete the contract below and forward to me via email at the address below.

Please read carefully and let me know if you have any questions.

Following your session, I will send you an invoice and a link where you can make payment. If, for some reason, you need to cancel or postpone the session, please give at least 24 hours notice. Failure to do so may incur an administration fee up to the scheduled fee, depending on time of notice of cancellation e.g. a supervisee who simply does not show will be charged the full fee. In situations where the supervisee arrives late, the duration of session will be the scheduled session period. If you have any payment difficulties or questions, we can discuss this. Just send me a message.

If you have booked a phone session, I will call you at the designated time. Make sure you have access to a space where you feel comfortable to speak with minimal distractions so you can get the most out of your session.
