This article passionately highlights how schools are at a turning point, with growing opportunities to embrace natural and complementary medicine as a powerful support for children’s learning and development. While school counsellors have long worked alongside psychologists and allied health professionals, more families are now choosing naturopathy, homeopathy and holistic counselling to support focus, behaviour and emotional wellbeing. As natural medicine becomes better regulated, research-informed and more widely accepted, the article argues that educators and counsellors can no longer ignore its potential. By building informed, respectful partnerships with qualified complementary practitioners, schools can better honour parent choice, support the whole child, and unlock new pathways for students to thrive academically, emotionally and developmentally
