FAQ
Adult counselling provides a confidential, supportive space to explore emotional wellbeing, life challenges, and personal growth while building practical coping skills and insight. People seek counselling for concerns such as stress, anxiety, low mood, grief, and self-confidence, as well as during times of transition including relationship changes, career uncertainty, illness, or major life stages. Counselling can also support behaviour change, emotional regulation, motivation, and healthier routines, alongside improving communication, boundaries, and relationship patterns. For many, it offers an opportunity to clarify values, strengthen resilience, and move toward meaningful, sustainable change.
